1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to the Sycamore Springs website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
2. Use of the Website This website is intended to provide information about our event venue, vacation rentals, and related services in Bethpage, Tennessee. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
3. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments When booking an event or stay at Sycamore Springs, the following standard payment terms apply, unless otherwise specified in your formal contract:
Deposits: We accept bookings up to a year in advance. A $2,000 deposit is required to secure your date for our Wedding Package.
Balance Due: The remaining balance for your event or stay is due one month (30 days) prior to the date of your event.
Additional Days: Extra days may be added to your package at a reduced rate of $350 per day, subject to availability.
All formal bookings will require a signed rental agreement which will outline specific cancellation and refund policies.
4. Venue Rules and User Conduct Guests and event hosts are expected to treat the Sycamore Springs estate, including the Country A-Frame Chalet, Event Pavilion, and all outdoor grounds, with respect.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay or event.
Specific rules regarding noise ordinances, alcohol consumption, and event curfews will be outlined in your individual rental agreement.
5. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sycamore Springs and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability Sycamore Springs and its owners, employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or your stay at our property, except where prohibited by law.
7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the property will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee.
8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the updated "Effective Date" noted at the top.
