1. Our Commitment to Inclusion At Sycamore Springs, we believe that every gathering should be a celebration of connection, community, and joy. We are deeply committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment for all of our guests, clients, vendors, and staff members.
2. Zero Tolerance for Discrimination Sycamore Springs strictly prohibits discrimination, harassment, or intimidation of any kind. We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of:
Race, color, or ethnicity
Religion or creed
Gender, gender identity, or gender expression
Age
National origin or ancestry
Disability or medical condition
Marital or familial status
Sexual orientation
Military or veteran status
3. Scope of Policy This policy applies to all activities and operations at Sycamore Springs, including but not limited to:
The booking of weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, and vacation rentals.
The selection and treatment of third-party vendors, caterers, and event staff.
The hiring, compensation, and termination of any Sycamore Springs employees or contractors.
The general treatment of all visitors and guests on the estate grounds.
4. Vendor and Guest Expectations We expect all clients, guests, and third-party vendors operating on the Sycamore Springs property to uphold these same values of respect and inclusion. Any individual or group found to be engaging in discriminatory or harassing behavior may be asked to leave the premises, and future bookings or partnerships may be subject to cancellation.
5. Reporting Concerns If you experience or witness any behavior that violates this Non-Discrimination Policy while planning your event or during your stay at Sycamore Springs, please bring it to our attention immediately so that we can address it appropriately.
